1.
Prior to our first visit we will send you a sign and a sign-up sheet so that employees know we are coming, what to expect, and so they can reserve their massage and meditation class.2.
On the day of our visit, during their break, team members each take their turn receiving a 10-20 minute massage. All we need is a small space to set up our specialized massage chair. We may come once a week, once or twice a month, or just at a special event. The benefits will be much greater on a regular basis but even after one visit, you will be able to see the positive impact on your team and on your business.
Our rates, which include transportation and equipment, are 90$/hour + tax (when paid by the business) OR 2$/minute tax included (when paid directly by the employee with insurance receipts given on demand).
The demands at work are often intense. Sometimes, despite our best intentions, stress, over-thinking and negativity get the best of us. When that happens we need tools to bring our mind back into a state of balance, calm and focus so that we can accomplish our work. Group meditation provides us with these tools while harmonizing team-spirit. As a result, our time-management improves, our priorities become clear and our relations with others become more cooperative and productive.
The meditation class at work lasts 20 minutes and is usually given during lunch hour. The class can be given either in a staff room or conference room and people may sit in chairs. It is also possible to have an early-morning class before work starts if that is preferable.
On it's own, the cost of the meditation class is 100$ + tax which includes our transportation. The cost is 50$ + tax when the class is given in the context of a chair massage day.
